Our history

Always fascinated with electricity, Robert 'R.D.' Martin started from a young age.

Robert started in 1971 as an apprentice electrician for Joe Holland at Holland Electric Shop, working in all aspects of commercial and residential wiring. In 1992, with Joe Holland's retirement, Robert took over and started R.D. Martin Electric Shop. Robert has always devoted the work ethics learned from Mr. Holland to continue the dedication to his customers. Today, his sons Robert Jr. and John, who started at 12 years old riding with him in the summers, share the same dedication.
